Our Celebrity Judges:
Christian Allebest

Christiaan Allebest is a tech guru at Entertainment Almighty. A big fan of case modding who has retrofitted many PCs to his liking, Allebest notes that industry heads have been paying keen attention to casemodding and he gets asked about it constantly. As an acclaimed correpsondent with a hand on the pulse of the industry, Allebest believes that comedic and excessive mods are giving way to multi-functional and stealthy convergences. He will be considering your entries with high regard to technical prowess and individuality.

Dan Turner

As the fearless leader of FiringSquad for the last 4 years, Dan has lead the charge to continue the fine tradition of bringing the most important news and reviews to the hardcore gamer.

Dan's gaming career started with the classics, like California Games and Chuck Yeager’s Flight Simulator and quickly moved into the FPS classics Doom and Quake. Instead of pursuing his life long dream of beating Thresh during an Olympic gaming event, Dan turned to his studies where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University.

After multiple career changes which included designing military IR devices and missile launch training systems for the Air force, Dan turned to the private sector for a little change of pace. After dabbling in network administration and software development, Dan finally found himself back where he belongs in the gaming space.

Dan has been building PC’s since the first clones hit the streets. His first Overclock was an impressive 12Mhz 80286 and today this tradition continues with an office littered with computer hardware that spans almost 20 years.

Kyle Bennett

Kyle Bennett has long been the voice of the computer hardware and gaming enthusiast. His HardOCP.com website has kept enthusiasts informed on the latest hardware trends and news for almost a decade. Kyle’ s background is probably much like your own, just a guy that wanted his gaming experience to be more compelling and immersive.

From those simple roots, HardOCP has become a haven for the technology hungry gamer. The HardOCP forums were the first on the internet that catered to case mod enthusiasts and was a common groound for all the great moddersin North America. HardOCP has continually championed the modding community and quite simply helped elevate its status from an underground art form into a mainstream activity supported by a huge retail market place.
